Distance Learning Registration Process

Initial Phone Contact and Interview

1. Interested student contacts the Columbus Polarity Therapy Institute to discuss interest for Distance Learning Program with coordinator.
2. A CPTI faculty will arrange a phone interview to discuss student’s desires and needs and to see if CPTI fits in with their goals. A packet of information is sent out at this phase.

1. Distance Learning student returns application, application fee, and general application materials (see checklist).
2. Two phone classes are set up by faculty and Distance Learning student to go over program, assess past coursework of student, review transfer hours, and set up a tentative outline and plan.
3. All financial arrangements, standards, and work expectations are discussed at this time.
4. After all details are considered, the Distance Learning student and faculty will draw up and agreement for classes and official enrollment will take place.
