Kitt completed both APP and RPP level studies at the Ohio Institute of Energetic Studies & Bodywork as a Registered Polarity Practitioner (Columbus OH) and is registered through the American Polarity Therapy Association. She graduated as a Massage Therapist with the American Institute of Alternative Medicine (Columbus OH) and is licensed with the State Medical Board of Ohio. She is also a Reiki Master with the Tera Mai influences.
She has a strong interest and love for the Mind/Body/Spirit connection and educates her clients in their awareness through new ways of thinking. Like, "A thought is a thing" and reflects its self in the body. Energy is everything and represents it's self in our thinking and interactions in life. We have thousands of opportunities a day to teeter between wellness and illness; it's your conscious decision to have health.
Kitt's unique ability to blend Massage, Polarity, Reiki, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology and Energetic Food Awareness gives the client a well rounded session addressing personal issues all the while educating and empowering her clients to take care of their health.
